Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. The tool asks for gender, birth date, health, tobacco use, coverage amount and term. Those six pieces are enough for carrier rates. Your name, address, and medical details are only asked if you decide to apply.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
They are what each carrier quotes for the health class you selected. Underwriting by the carrier may confirm, improve, or adjust your class. Nothing here is a binding price or an insurance offer.
What happens when I click Apply?
You move into a secure online application, already filled with your answers from the quote tool. You can pause and resume it later. You sign electronically. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), processes your application.
Will I need a medical exam?
It depends on the carrier, the amount, and your answers. Carriers with immediate underwriting can approve eligible applicants without an exam. Each quote note whether an exam is needed, possible, or not required.
Is a longer term better?
A term should cover when dependents would be financially harmed by your death: a mortgage, children at home, a business loan. Longer terms cost more monthly but lock in your rate for longer. The quote tool compares 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years side by side.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quote tool collects no contact details. We do not sell, share or rent visitor data. Our measurement is cookieless and does not cross-site track. Check the privacy page for exactly what is collected and by whom.
