This site is run by Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129). We work with carriers to bring you accurate quotes and handle your application if you choose to apply.

These are estimates. Rates shown come from carriers for the health class you pick. Underwriting by the carrier after you apply may change your class. This site does not bind insurance or guarantee final rates.

Nothing is bound here. A quote request, an application, or contacting us does not create an insurance contract. Only the carrier's signed policy does that.

What's available. Products, carriers and rates change by location and applicant circumstances and are subject to underwriting. Check the quote tool for what is available in your area.

Learning only. Guides here are general information and should not be treated as tax, legal or financial advice.

Third-party platform. The application page runs the carriers' secure application engine. It does not run on this site.
