What information this website gathers, what it does, and what it does not. Updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birthday, health level (self-reported), tobacco use, coverage amount and term length. A quoting service from the carriers' platform returns rates based on those six items and stores nothing on this site. Names, addresses, phone or email are not requested to see quotes. A short cache may serve repeat identical requests without calling the quoting service again.

Applying

If you apply, your answers fill a secure application managed by the carriers. Susman Insurance Agency gets a copy for service and regulatory purposes. The carriers manage your medical records and run underwriting.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, an optional phone, how you want us to reply, and your message. We use this information only to respond to you and do not share it with anyone else.

Measurement

This site measures visits using first-party, cookieless analytics from this domain. No cookies or local storage identifiers are placed; two octets of your IP are masked before storage; referring URLs have their query strings stripped; raw logs disappear after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers are not logged at all.

What we do not do

No. We do not rent, sell or share personal data. No advertising or cross-site trackers. The only outside code is the carriers' application engine on the apply page, and it runs only if you visit.
